Emotional Freedom Technique EFT

Emotional freedom technique is the system of balancing the bodies electric charge to help resolve negative emotions, beliefs, phobias and physical pains.

If you look at the human body at an atomic level and below, it is found that we are an amazing complexity of vibrations beyond comprehension of most non-physicists. In short, we are a series of electric signals and vibrations.

The idea is that the electric field runs down the body in what we call energy meridians. This is the basis of shakras and many ancient practices including acupuncture. The idea is that energy must be able to flow along these paths for true health.

Emotional freedom technique has found that all negative emotions, beliefs and phobias can be traced down to a disruption of the body’s electrical system. Developed in partnership with an engineer, it was found by restoring the electric field to it’s correct pattern, negative and emotional blocks would be resolved.

EFT works by tapping on different points on the body with your fingers while saying certain keywords to allow all sorts of emotional and physical problems to be resolved quickly, painlessly and effectively. The results possible with EFT never fails to amaze me.

I heartily endorse EFT for emotional freedom, physical freedom and performance freedom. Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body’s subtle energies, EFT has been proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It applies to just about every problem you can name and it often works where nothing else will.
